who wish to take one or several subjects available for undergraduates
may be permitted in accordance with this guide, providing there
is no obstacle to their acceptance.

Applicant's qualifications

Applicants should be recognized as having attained to the level of
achievement superior or equal to a senior high school graduate. |
(2) |
Daily
conversation ability in Japanese is required. (Japanese Language Proficiency Test Level 2 or above) |
(3)
|
Applicants
must presently reside in Japan as ‘registered foreigner’
with the intention of continuing their education or study and have
proper visa qualification as ‘foreign student’ according
to the immigration control and refugee recognition act of Japan, or
have the requirements needed to apply for such status. |
2.
Subjects available |
|
Students
can take a maximum of 20 credits (refer to the back) in a year (two
semesters). Students must attend classes equivalent to approximately
300 hours in one academic year.
lectures: 15 hours for one credit
practice: 30 hours for one credit
creative practice: 40 hours for one credit
In order to obtain the residential qualification as 'foreigner student'
more than 300 hours attendance at one particular institution is required.
We advise applicants to consult about the compatibility of classes
with the office in advance.

The number of students to be accepted is limited in each subject. |

Obtaining credits |

Students
who attend classes regularly, pass all examination, and submit all
required work will receive credits. |

who wish to continue their studies can reapply for only one additional
consecutive year program with the permission by the committee. |
